In the beginning we had to convince the committee to enter a bank and to discuss matters with (for example) a building contracter. Now they network with national and international organizations, give trainings and have established a collaboration between the various schools and the various authorities. They have also laid the foundation for our five year plan. They help us to keep the plan up to date by adjusting it according to the constant changing developments. 

Examples of these developments are:

• A better understanding of how to use financial aid more efficiently. 

• The interest of the local authorities in actively participating.

• The first experiences of actively participating in ecotourism.

• The growing self-confidence to approach other organizations.

• The growing interest of the locals in participating in a project.
