There are multiple ways to support our foundation, even after the end of your life. For example, by putting our foundation in your will.  This way you will continue to help people in the Khong-district.

When you write up your testament, you can benefit our foundation so that the people in the Khong-district will have a better future. You’d give us the certainty of income in the future so that we can keep helping the people in Laos.

The total amount of your inheritance will go to the orphans

Leaving money to charities, like ours for instance, receives sympathy from the tax collectors office. We don’t have to pay succession rights over the money we receive from inheritances. The total amount that you give to us will go to the people in the Khong-district. Compare this to leaving money to a far family member, then 68% goes to the tax collectors office!

Testament for foundation Friends of the Khong-district

The destination of an inheritance, like money or equities, is set by law. If you want to change that destination, you must write up a testament. Then you can write up what your exact wishes are. The notary will advise you on this.
