Notarial deed
A donation you made through a notarial deed is completely deductable from your taxable income. It makes sure that we have the assurance that the Khong-district will be supported in the future as well.
Donations through a notarial deed
• Your donation is completely deductable from your taxable income.
• We’ll pay for the costs if you have a deed set up with a minimum amount of 150 euro’s per year.
• You state in the deed that you’ll donate a set amount of money for at least five years.
• Your contrubution helps us continue our work.
How does this work?
Setting up a notarial deed is very simple. You contact us and receive an authorization in your e-mail which must be signed. The notary then sets up the deed after he receives the authorization. This deed can be used to fill out your tax return. The donation deed will be sent to you in the mail.
Important information about your tax return
The High Court of the Netherlands has finalised that future donations, that have been set for multiple years through a notarial deed, can be entered in box 3 as a debt for your tax return. The debt in box 3 will lower the charges in box 3 and therefore the payable taxes. The deduction of the yearly donation on your income will also stay in place. The periodical donation you make will therefore become even more attractive.
