For over 30 years I have been teaching several different students. From woodworking/plant cultivation/metallurgy at a VMBO school to professional training for Russians who want to start their own garden centre. 

I’ve noticed that students are the most motivated to commit to something if it has any value for them. 

The results of the commitment of the students are permanent, something they can look back on with pride. 

After the donation our foundation keeps in touch with the students to show them the improvements of their donation.

Good news:

Here in front of you is a very well put together educational packet that students from the teachers study 'Onderwijskunde' at the Utrechtse University have made for our foundation. The packet is about the differences between Laos and the Netherlands. Through this packet, students are prepared to be actively involved for the foundation by teaching them about affective, cognitive and behavioural training. The packet exists of a teachers manual, a macro-design and a micro-design.
