The local people know best where help is needed the most. That is why we let them decide on their own where help is most needed. The experts help out during the process of planning, proceeding and evaluating. The input of the project is realized by the local people. 

Capacity building and community development in the Khong District.

 We want to help people to learn the following skills:

- Knowing that the ordinary man truly can make a difference in their society. 

- To develop the capacity of the local people. We help people to look for spaces where capacity is needed and we help people develop their capacities on the spot. 

- Independence stimulates a group of people as well as an individual to confront challenges on their own. We help KDC to develop strategies and to improve independence. 

- Improving the team spirit. Together a lot of progress can be made.

- Local groups should provide small loans, support and knowledge to the local families.
